Our response to Covid-19
As schools are now open, our lessons will take place in person for those schools that can accommodate our tutors safely, and will remain online for those that cannot do so yet.
Lessons taking place in schools will be delivered using the protocols contained in the following documents:
Lesson Management Plan
Instrument Hygiene Guide
The resources posted during the Summer Term will remain online.
As we cannot yet visit schools to give our usual recruitment presentations, our online enrolment is currently suspended. We can accept new pupils though so if you are interested in your child starting lessons, please contact us to discuss the options available.
We have adapted well to the challenging circumstances of the last few months, and remain grateful for the support shown to us by our tutors, schools, parents and pupils. There are elements of the online provision that we will be able to utilise going forwards - a major benefit of course is that there is now no need for lessons to be suspended in the event of a child, family, bubble, class or indeed whole school being isolated due to coronavirus.
Our administration team are now mainly working from the office, and are also enjoying the new SpeedAdmin system and the tools that it is giving us to provide all-round support during these still complicated times.
We are sure that there will be further developments in the coming months, but we are looking forward to seeing the pupils again and hearing the progress that they have made.
