HEAD OFFICE VACANCY - Customer Service/Tuition Co-ordinator
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic person to join our administrative team at our head office in Burton upon Trent.
The role is varied and involves the co-ordination of the lessons themselves, plus the organisation of fun musical activites for pupils, the professional development of tutors and the provision of general admin support for parents, schools and tutors.
Applicants should be well organised, self-motivated and possess excellent communication and computer skillls. A musical background would be an advantage.

HEAD OFFICE TUTOR VISIT
Our Head Office was closed on September 1st to allow us to invite tutors to Burton on Trent to spend some time learning about how the scheme operates behind the scenes, and for some general repair and exam training too. FEE CHANGES
With increasing costs this year (particularly fuel for the tutors) we have reassessed our tuition fees ready for the new academic year. We have not made any revisions since 2009, and we hope that parents will understand the reasons behind our decision, and overall still find our fees extremely accessible and competitive. For pupils signing up for lessons from September 1st, our termly fee is £57 for 10 lessons (lessons are still half price for the first term if you purchase your instrument through Normans Musical Instruments).
