Firstly, make sure you have read through our brochure and decided which instrument and package is best for you.
Next, download and complete the relevant form.

Download Rental Form
(Print and complete 3 copies
and then send as we need
this document in triplicate!)

If you already have an instrument and don’t require an instrument package you can still sign up for lessons.

What happens next...
After you have completed the relevant form, please forward to MfSF, PO Box 6018, Burton on Trent, DE14 2WU with your cheque for the first term’s tuition.After your form has been processed you will be contacted within a few weeks by your tuition co-ordinator regarding lesson arrangements. Please note there is a waiting list at a few schools due to over subscription

Free lessons
There are many children on our scheme who receive
free lessons subsidised by the Foundation.If you currently receive income support you may be eligible for subsidised lessons. Please contact us for more details.
